LIVE AT ASSEMBLY ROXY

  • Refunds for cancelled performances/events must be obtained from the point of purchase. Please note ticket booking fees are non-refundable.

  • If you test positive, or come into contact with someone with COVID-19, we will offer a refund if you contact the box office up until the following times:

For an 2pm performance – up to 6pm the day before the concert
For an 8pm performance – by 11am on the day of the concert

  • Ticket promotions or special offers are subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time. Retrospective discounts cannot be applied to existing bookings.

  • Management reserves the right to alter or change the event programme or content at any time.

  • Please check your ticket/s on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.

  • Tickets can be purchased in bubbles of 1 or 2 tickets and you will be seated accordingly when you arrive at the venue. If you book multiple bubbles for larger groups, please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be able to sit together.

  • Doors will open 45 minutes before the concert starts, please arrive promptly.

  • Latecomers will not be admitted.

  • All concerts will run for 60 minutes with no interval.  

  • You will also be required to wear a mask and have your temperature checked on arrival.

  • Tickets will be sent by email. Please print out or show staff on your phone on the day.

  • If I test positive, or come into contact with someone with COVID-19 can I get a refund?
    Yes. If you are unable to attend, we can offer a refund if you contact the box office up until the following times:

ONLINE CONCERTS
The link to the stream will be sent to you one hour before it goes live. If the link doesn’t arrive, please email boxoffice@adjazz.co.uk

The gig will be available for 72 hours after it goes live.

Tickets are non-exchangeable, and non-refundable after purchase, except in the case of cancelled performances/events.

  • Refunds will not be issued for events that the customer is unable to access online due to technical issues determined to be outwith the event managers control, including but not limited to; customer internet service provider downtime, speeds or bandwidth, localised browser and/or firewall restrictions, and user issues not replicable by the event technical team.

  • Festival Pass bookers will be sent a link to access all online concerts. Please note, the Festival Pass does not include the Napier University Workshops.

  • Festival Passes must be purchased by 5pm on Monday 5 July 2021.
